Mozilla Releases Firefox 3.5

Sanjib Firefox 3.5 was released by Mozilla, on June 30. According to the promotional materials and the release notes, this version of Firefox has been clocked around twice the speed (it takes less than half the time to load items as opposed to FF 3), upgraded its phishing and malware detection and protection, and has also introduced “private browsing.” (more…)

Sanjib Bing search engine is new product from Microsoft to replace Live and is rumored to knock out Google. Still in Beta stage, it is a fast search engine and almost on par with Google. There is Related Searches on the left side to make searching more efficient. The Bing Image Search allows for more option available on my left side which including Size (small, medium, large, wallpaper), layout (square, wide, tall), color (black or white, color), style (photograph, illustration) and people (just face, head and shoulders, other). Avast Antivirus

Sanjib I am using Avast Antivirus 4.8 Home Edition For Windows which available free for home and non-commercial use. However the software need registration even it is free. From my personal experience with Avast! Antivirus Home Free is that I like the virus removal tool updating itself when the Internet connection available automatically. However, I don’t like the user interface which resembles much to a DVD/MP3 player e.g. PwerDVD, which I think Avast! should change. (more…)
