Tiger Project

Aircels new initiative to save the Tiger population in India has successfully reached amongst the youths of the country and many have joined forces to save the tiger project. Save our Tiger as they call the project has unified many youths from different cities who are willing to spend some of their precious time for the welfare of the Indian Wildlife which is critically dangered, whether or not the govt admits it.

I got in touch with a bunch of wonderful guys who are are really dedicated to to work for the project. Looking to form a new body which will focus on the eastern part of the country. We will probably start with the Buxa reserve and Sunderbans.

Will keep posting as things progress.. :)

Exposure Blend in GIMP

Being an amateur photographer , I had been trying several tricks lately. I am very new to the field of photgraphy and is practicing it for a few months now.  I own a Canon SX 10 is and is very satisfied with its performance. You can find a few of my snaps from my Flickr account.

My interest grew about HDR images ( high dynamic range ) and from then I started to look how to make a HDR picture. Searching the internet, I understood that it is more appropriate to call it Exposure Blend than HDR. (more…)
